I was never a gym lover previously but on my very first day at puregym I met Darrell and there he showed me how enjoyable coming to the gym really is and with commitment goals can be achieved. I have enjoyed every session so far and would recommend him to a beginner. He has been there for me every step of the way. He plans the workout based on your specific requirements which is fantastic and I can see changes in myself and the lessons and the hard work put in by Darrell are very much appreciated.
